Inclusion London are seeking to appoint a new Chair to lead the organisation through its next stage of growth

Inclusion London is a small but effective pan-London Deaf/disability equality organisation which has built a national reputation for our policy, campaigning and capacity-building support to Deaf and Disabled people’s organisations in London.

You will be a Deaf or Disabled person and will have a track record of action for Deaf and/or Disabled people’s rights/activism; be committed to working within the Social Model of Disability & Cultural Model of Deafness and have experience as a Board member of a public, private or voluntary organisation and be a good team player.

You will have experience of line management, supervision and human resources issues; understand governance in charitable / voluntary organisations; have strategic vision, independent judgement and excellent leadership, Influencing and negotiating skills.

The post is unpaid. (Access needs will be met and expenses covered.)
