The CQC wants to hear from you in regards to Care Homes

At the end of February, CQC (Care Quality Commission) will be launching an ASC campaign, aimed at people who are choosing a care home for themselves or a loved one.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of CQC, their role in inspecting and regulating care homes and how their inspection reports and ratings can help people make an informed decision when choosing care – making sure it’s right for them.

How you can help

In previous campaigns case study stories of people’s experiences of care have always made up an important part of the campaign

The campaign aims to continuously encourage and enable the voices of people who use services, their families and carers to drive their understanding of the quality of care so people can make better of their information.

The brief for the campaign can be downloaded from below.
