Improving Dignity in Health and Care

We are reopening our Dignity survey to keep finding out what Dignity and Respect means to YOU.
Join the Healthwatch Redbridge campaign and help us to identify and improve health and care for local people.

We want to understand what dignity means to you but also how as a community we can make sure people are being treated with dignity and respect.

This is so that we can see whether health and social services need to re-evaluate the way in which they treat people with dignity. However, we also want to know if any services are providing a high level of dignity, so that we can praise and use as a role model for others.

We want to know any experiences you have had with health and social services in relation to dignity and respect. Your responses will be kept confidential. If you wish to provide your details you may, although it is not compulsory.

This is all part of the run up to Dignity Action Day happening on the 1st of February.
