• Do you have an interest in keeping vulnerable adults safe?
• Are you looking for a volunteering role where you can make an impact and have time to attend quarterly Board meetings?
• Are you confident in challenging partners to help improve care for our vulnerable adults?
• Could you help inform the Board on local issues that impact on safeguarding adults at risk?

The Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board is looking to recruit three Lay Members to sit on its Board. If you have an interest in how the different partners in Redbridge work to look after adults at risk, as well as being an advocate for our most vulnerable adults, this role will provide an excellent opportunity to convey your opinions and perspectives. As well as attending Board meetings, you will have the opportunity to become involved in various workstreams and projects relating to the Board’s current priorities.

If you are interested, please read through the role profile, and fill out the application form. More information on the Board is available on the Redbridge MyLife website. This should be returned, alongside any of your queries, to RSAB@redbridge.gov.uk .

If successfully shortlisted, you will be contacted to arrange an interview, which will take place on Wednesday 18th of March. One professional reference and one personal reference will be required. If you would like an informal discussion on the role prior to applying, please call the RSAB Manager on 020 8708 5282 or 07775399017.
