Public Health Survey on the current provision of food and drink

This survey (link below) is designed by Public Health Team at Barts Health to collect views on the current provision of food and drink across Barts Health NHS Trust.

This is in order to inform the Trust's catering re-tendering exercise and the linked development of a new food and drink strategy for the Trust which has the longer-term intention of improving current availability and provision.

The survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete and responses can be completely anonymous, unless you wish to enter the prize draw, in which case please leave your email address at the end. Please note this survey will be running until Friday 4th December 2015.
