Elective Care Treatment Centre Survey
It currently provides a range of services including: gastroenterology, orthopaedics, ear nose and throat (ENT), ophthalmology and general surgery.
The contract is due to come to an end next year and the CCGs must select a provider for the new contract.
They're really interested in your views about the services currently provided from the centre - perhaps you or a family member have used them? Even if you haven’t, we’re still interested in any thoughts that you have to share with us.
They have developed a very short online survey for our PEF and PERF members which tells you a bit more about the centre. It should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
