RedbridgeCVS is a well-established and highly regarded membership organisation supporting the local voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. We are a small, friendly team based in central Ilford just 20 minutes by train from Liverpool Street station.
At a time when volunteering is playing such a vital role in supporting our community, RedbridgeCVS is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Volunteering Officer to join our team and build on the highly regarded work of our Volunteer Centre.
As Volunteering Officer, you will help to create a vibrant and sustainable environment for volunteering in Redbridge. You will deliver volunteering brokerage services to clients from a range of backgrounds; and provide expert information, advice and guidance to individuals and volunteer-involving organisations.
In this varied role you will need to be flexible; have excellent communication and admin skills; be experienced in customer service or advice provision; and understand just how life changing volunteering can be.
