Job vacancy - Head of Health and Wellbeing - RCVS

This is a varied and exciting role overseeing our health promotion and early intervention work, and leading on the development of new, co-designed initiatives to improve health outcomes for local residents.

As a member of the RedbridgeCVS leadership team you will also play a key role in strategic planning, and in nurturing a supportive learning culture.

The ideal candidate will bring experience of asset-based community development and a strong understanding of health promotion and behaviour change. You will be passionate about the power of community with a creative approach to problem solving, and a proven track record of using participatory approaches to develop new initiatives.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work creatively and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including the local voluntary and community sector, NHS, Public Health and other partners.
