Redbridge Faith Forum is seeking an Administrative & Project Development Officer to assist the organisation with building relationships, shaping service provision and project management.

Hours:
14 hours a week (over 3 days), with flexibility required to support some events out of office hours
Contract details:
Fixed term until 31st March 2023, may be extended subject to funding.
Redbridge Faith Forum is seeking an Administrative & Project Development Officer to assist the organisation with:
- Building bridges and strengthening relationships, communications and cooperation between Redbridge’s faith communities, and the statutory and voluntary sectors
- Supporting greater involvement of faith communities and hard to reach populations in local authority decision making, and shaping the provision of public services
- Project managing interfaith initiatives that improve community cohesion.
You should be able to:
- Demonstrate relevant experience, abilities and skills to provide effective project development and management
- Regularly update a website
- Co-plan and develop public events
- Produce a monthly eNews bulletin
- Provide full general administrative support to Redbridge Faith Forum.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in the following areas:
- Exploring funding streams and submitting funding applications
- Drafting grant funders' monitoring reports
- Networking to explore and develop new projects
- Business planning support
- Promoting events and post-event report writing
- Delivering public events.
