RedbridgeCVS is the local umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Redbridge. We are a small, friendly team based in central Ilford - just 20 minutes by train from Liverpool Street station. Every year we support over 300 local voluntary and community groups, helping them to thrive and make a difference in their communities.

At a time when volunteering is playing such a vital role in supporting our communities, RedbridgeCVS is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Volunteer Centre Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build on the highly regarded work of our Volunteer Centre, and to create a vibrant and sustainable environment for volunteering in Redbridge.

The successful candidate will have a passion for volunteering and an excellent understanding of best practice in volunteer management. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

As a creative problem solver with a collaborative approach, you will bring experience in building relationships and working in partnership to create a lasting impact.
