Mental Health First Aider online course - places available (for free!) 

This course will teach you practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.

Have you ever wanted to be a Mental Health First Aider? Then come along to our
Mental Health First Aid Training. The course is being provided as an online course
over four half days. It is a requirement to commit to all the sessions, and to complete
pre-session work online.

This course will teach you practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.

  • Gain confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress.
  • On completion you will be a certified Mental Health First Aider
    (a recognised qualification, similar to a certified First Aider).
  • This course is a blend of live training sessions and self-learning activities.

Course dates:

The next MHFA online training course will take place from 9am-1pm on:

  • Friday 24 June, 
  • Friday 1 July, 
  • Friday 8 July, and 
  • Friday 15 July

You will need to commit to all four sessions and complete pre session work online.

Due to additional funding, we are able to offer this course free of charge on this occasion
(full cost for the course would be £350 per attendee).
