Health Inequalities Survey
Healthwatch Redbridge have launched a new survey on Health Inequalities. Health inequalities are unfair and avoidable differences in health across the population, and between different groups within society. These include how long people are likely to live, the health conditions they may experience and the care that is available to them.
We will share the information we receive from people completing this survey locally with the NHS and Public Health Redbridge. This will enable the people who run services to understand the impact on people’s health and wellbeing.
The information you provide within this survey can help healthcare professionals and policymakers to identify the specific needs of different groups helping improve services and making them equitable.
