Over four months between July and October 2017, Healthwatch Redbridge assessed all 45 GP practices on how well they were meeting the requirements set out by the Accessible Information Standard.

Comments from Review

The practice manager informed the representatives that they are currently working on the website to make it more accessible.
This is not currently available but the practice manager will look into buying one shortly.
All staff members have completed this training online via Bluestream. Training took place in March 2018.
Bluestream training covered visual impairment and deaf awareness training.
