Carers Trust Crossroads Carer Service
Carers trust crossroads provide a wide choice of services to people of all ages with a range of disabilities and health conditions, allowing carers to have some relief and time to themselves.
They can provide a flexible, wide range of services through their fully trained and professional Care Support Workers in the family home (including taking the cared-for person out into the community where possible) including:
- Support for stroke and dementia
- Individual care packages for adults and children
- Personal care
- Mobility transfers
- Assistance with medication
- Meal preparation
- Support with eating and drinking
Dementia Day Service- Tuesdays & Fridays 10-3
They also provide respite for carers of those with a diagnoses of mild to moderate dementia. The service is run at the Living Well Resource Centre in Redbridge. More information can be found in the attachment below
