FREE EVENT! Marcus Clinical Debate 2015
Liberating Integrated Care into communities: Inspirational
examples of collaborative care
Imagine a world where GPs could prescribe tubs of herring as part of
Cardiovascular disease prevention or hen-keeping for loneliness and
depression in older people or how about a singing prescription for COPD?
The NEL RCGP Marcus Clinical Meeting is hosting a panel of dynamic speakers
who will describe the wealth and resources in our patients lives and
communities and the options for new ways of working together for better
health outcomes.
This is an open meeting for the GPs, Community Nursing, Social Care & ICM
Teams, patients, commissioners, secondary care and the public.
