About this event
BHRUT already have work underway to deliver further progress, and complete our must-do actions, as identified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection in March. We also want to understand where we need to focus our efforts and to identify any areas that are not delivering to the standards our patients deserve.
They are scheduling a serious of clinical reviews of our services, which will in the future become routine business in ensuring quality of service delivery. They will be similar in style to mock inspections and will help us prepare for our CQC re-inspection later in the year.
BHRUT would like to invite you to participate in this process, alongside our staff. A fresh pair of eyes and an objective appraisal of progress can highlight things that sometimes even the best of us can miss. Some of you were involved in the mock inspections earlier in the year, and the feedback I received was that this was really valued by our staff as a way to learn and improve their service to our patients. The first clinical review is on 13 October at Queen's Hospital, and on 14 October at King George Hospital.
