The Tradition Fair has been refreshed this year. Redbridge council have added more stalls and more talks and demonstrations. However the old favourites including health checks will still be available.
The Health, Wealthy, safe & Wise fair is part of their celebration of UK Older people's week in Redbridge. The main aim of these celebrations is to raise awareness, recognise the achievements and contribution older people make to our society as well as spread the message that age is no barrier and to encourage older people to continue living a healthy, more active lifestyle. A variety of different events and taster sessions will be taking place throughout the week, so why not get involved and try something new. Most events are free but places are limited.
