Saint Francis Hospice, together with Haven House and the Macmillan team in Redbridge, are presenting an End of Life conference on the 4th December.
The event is free and lunch will be provided; there are only 100 places.
This end of life conference is free to participants, funded by Saint Francis Hospice. Lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided. The venue has strong public transport links both train and bus or car parking is available at an adjacent multi story car park - Clements Road, Ilford, London, IG1 1AG
Saint Francis Hospice has teamed up with NELFT, BHRUT, NHS Trust, Macmillan and Haven House Children’s Hospice to organise a Redbridge End of Life Conference, enabling all health and social care professionals to come together and discuss palliative care in the local community. This event provides an opportunity to work in partnership and ensure that people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families and friends, receive the care that they need and in their place of choice.
