Seven Kings Community and Health Hub
Redbridge Living, the council’s wholly owned development company, is consulting on ‘Seven Kings’, an innovative and exciting car-free, mixed-use development proposal.
The plans will rejuvenate the High Road, re-establish a local centre for Seven Kings and provide much needed new homes, of which 35% will be ‘affordable homes’, alongside a Community & Health Hub and Business & Enterprise Hub on the site of the Seven Kings car park. The Community & Health Hub will include community-run spaces, council services, health services and a library for residents in the area.
Proposals for Seven Kings include:

Mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes
- Combined community and health hub providing a range of services, library and a café space
- Business enterprise hub supporting and encouraging business growth in the area
- New public square and landscaping improvements along the High Road.
