RedbridgeCVS is the local umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Redbridge. We are a small, friendly team based in central Ilford - just 20 minutes by train from Liverpool Street station. 

We are looking for an inspiring and innovative leader to join the team as our Head of Health Partnerships (Maternity Cover). This is a varied and exciting role overseeing our health equity work and leading on the development of new initiatives  

The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for the role of communities in improving population health. You will be a creative problem solver with experience of co-designing and developing asset-based approaches to improving health and wellbeing.

You will have a solution focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of partners including the voluntary and community sector, NHS and other public sector partners.

As a member of the RedbridgeCVS leadership team you will also play a key role in strategic planning, and in nurturing a supportive learning culture.
