Barking Community Hospital Urgent Care Centre closer over the weekend

Due to essential works the Urgent Treatment Centre at Barking Community Hospital will be closed from 6pm on Saturday 2 April until 2pm on Sunday 3 April.

Due to essential maintenance works the Urgent Treatment Centre at Barking Community Hospital, in Upney Lane, will be closed this weekend from 6pm on Saturday 2 April until 2pm on Sunday 3 April.

Patients needing urgent treatment during this time should visit the Urgent Treatment Centre at King George’s Hospital in Ilford or contact NHS 111 online or by dialling 111. In an emergency, patients should dial 999.

Face to face GP Access Hub appointments will be re-located over the weekend to take place either at Broad Street Medical Centre in Dagenham or Loxford Polyclinic in Ilford – patients will be given the correct location when their appointment is confirmed by the service. Weekend ante-natal appointments will be held at Newham Hospital.
