Events
After a tough few years due to the pandemic, Redbridge Talking Therapies (NHS) is delighted to be able to offer more outreach opportunities to help local communities to access our service.
We successfully delivered our first webinar of 2022 during mental health awareness week, which this year had a focus on loneliness. We had very positive feedback from those that attended and had 25 sign ups. We have also started working with the Disabled Asian Women’s network (DAWN) and have delivered 2 workshops with plans to continue working with them.
We’re keen to work with more local organisations, particularly those working with harder to reach groups (e.g. LGBTQI+, older people, ethnic minorities, people living with disabilities and young people) and are able to deliver free workshops, courses and webinars cover a variety of mental health topics.
