The Annual Report and financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2018 detail the impact of and showcases the achievements that Healthwatch Redbridge has completed over the past year.
Summary:
Each year the Healthwatch Redbridge Annual Report highlights what has been discovered and done by listening to your views over the past year, the difference we have made and our priorities for next year. We have also included this years Trustees Report as well as our financial statements and an Independent Auditors Report of them.
This year we:
- Were commissioned by The Clinical Commissioning Group(CCG) to conduct research into how certain patients choose to use urgent and emergency care services.
- Reviewed Emergency Department use across Redbridge.
- Reviewed communication support at GP Practices in Redbridge.
- Launched the Community Cash Fund to provide funding for health and social care related information gathering initiatives.
