On behalf of Redbridge CCG I wanted to let you know that we held the first information drop-in event for patients of Spearpoint Surgery on Friday 8 January.

We know from our conversations with the public that some patients report feeling rushed during appointments and struggling to make themselves heard. Here are some tips that could help you get the most out of visiting your GP.

The Enter and View programme is an important part of the way a Healthwatch works. Healthwatch representatives can visit and report on premises where health and social care services are being used such as hospitals, GP Practices and care homes.
