Come along to this drop-in session at Redbridge Central Library with your NHS number, email address and your phone or tablet to get help setting up your NHS App and learn more about how you can use this service to manage your health including ordering repeat prescriptions and securely accessing your health records.

The NHS App makes it easier to access NHS services and information - including viewing your appointments, checking your test results and ordering repeat prescriptions.

BSL Interpreters will be available. 

What to Expect: 

• Introduction to the session Screening of a short, captioned video explaining the NHS App’s features
• Additional videos with BSL and captions on providing ID for the app
• One-to-one support to help install the app and answer any questions
