This resident survey is being conducted with a view to understand local people's views on the pharmacy services in your area.

Every three years, a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) is completed. This looks at what pharmacy services each area has, where they are located and what services might be needed in the future. It is important to the views people living in this area to understand how residents access their pharmacy services.

Pharmacies provide over-the-counter medicines, as well as those that your General Practice (GP) prescribes. They can also offer health advice and information. Your opinions are valuable in helping us plan for the future to ensure high quality and easily accessible services.

The next PNA for Redbridge is due to be published by the 1st October 2025.

There are no right or wrong answers to this survey and the information will only be used to inform the PNA and you cannot be identified from any of the questions and answers given. The information is only used to identify any gaps in current services and is used when reviewing future applications for pharmacies.

How to get involved and have your say

  • The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete
  • All responses should be submitted by Monday, 26th May

What happens next?

The findings from the survey will be reviewed by Redbridge Council and the North of England Commissioning Support Unit (NECS), and the findings will be incorporated into the draft PNA which will go out to consultation for a minimum of 60 days.
