Over four months between July and October 2017, Healthwatch Redbridge assessed all 45 GP practices on how well they were meeting the requirements set out by the Accessible Information Standard.

Comments from Review

Recommendations were sent to the website provider and the practice manager is still awaiting a response.
There is a communications book available and the evidence was sent via email.
This information was passed on to the community officer who will raise this with NHS property service. No response has been received from them yet.
