Over four months between July and October 2017, Healthwatch Redbridge assessed all 45 GP practices on how well they were meeting the requirements set out by the Accessible Information Standard.

- Representatives were told that the website has been created for both practices.
- The website includes provision of larger font. The representatives were able to access the website and clarify this.
- The representatives were shown the communication book that has been purchased by the practice.
