Over four months between July and October 2017, Healthwatch Redbridge assessed all 45 GP practices on how well they were meeting the requirements set out by the Accessible Information Standard.
Comments from Review
- The practice manager said they have added Browsealoud to the website.
- The ramp had not been highlighted as the manager said the landlord does not want them to use tape.
- The representatives noted that there were signs on both sides of the surgery, making it visible from both sides.
