Over four months between July and October 2017, Healthwatch Redbridge assessed all 45 GP practices on how well they were meeting the requirements set out by the Accessible Information Standard.

Comments from Review

  • The practice manager said the website should be live in 2 weeks and will be accessible.
  • The representatives were shown a communications Book.
  • The practice manger said the staff offer to see the patients without their carer present if the patient requests it.
  • This training has taken place online via Bluestream.
  • The practice manager said that staff have been trained on how to provide information to patients with learning difficulties.
