We have had great fun together visiting different places in our local area: Redbridge Lakes, Valentines Park, Fairlop Waters, Hainault Forest and a shopping trip to Romford.

We have also taken part in arts and crafts, dance, meditation, yoga, pamper sessions, quizzes, bingo and have been bowling and out for lunch.

We have visited Meadowcroft Garden Centre and looked around the German Christmas market. We held our own Christmas market and party. Rah Rah Theatre company visited and performed Jack and the beanstalk, and The Entertainers shared comedy sketches and songs and entertained all of us.

In addition to our activities, we have also had support sessions which have included an advice session from Redbridge Carers Support Service.

Our Sing and Socialise sessions have been extremely successful. They are held fortnightly on a Wednesday, and everyone is welcome. There will be a live singer/musician to sing and dance to or have a chat with some nibbles and a nice cuppa.

We have lots planned already and looking forward to being stronger together.

The group meets at:
